This Privacy Policy explains how NoNic (“NoNic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use the NoNic mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

• Wellness inputs: Information you submit about your quit plan, goals, logs, cravings, triggers, symptoms, mood, progress, and preferences.
• Support communications: Information you provide when contacting us, including email address and message content.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: In-app actions, screens viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, and performance metrics to help us improve reliability and user experience.
• Device and technical data: Device model, OS version, app version, language, country/region, and diagnostic data (e.g., crash logs). We do not collect precise location unless explicitly requested for a feature.

1.3 Payment and Subscription Data

If you purchase a subscription or in-app product through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the platform processes payment information on our behalf. We receive limited information needed to fulfill your purchase (e.g., a transaction identifier and subscription status), but we do not receive full payment card details.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• Personalize content and recommendations
• Measure and improve performance, quality, and usability
• Communicate with you about updates, tips, and support

NoNic is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account credentials.

9. International Data Transfers

If you access the Services from outside the country where our systems are hosted, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect transfers.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links or integrations with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

NoNic provides wellness and habit-support content for educational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
